What's the best way to recommend someone that will actually get someone's attention and sound sincere? I have no idea, but I start with this question because that is how Lindsey starts her design conversations, with a thoughtful, 'propelling' question. Lindsey is a reliable, holistic thinking senior product designer/owner. I say "owner" here because she is more than a product designer, she takes ownership of the project in the way a program manager would, engaging stakeholders, driving success, and shepherding the product rather than just creating a deliverable. Lindsey is always asking the right questions at the right time, instigating better collaboration and ultimately better experiences for not just customers but for the folks she works with.

Lindsey is an exceptionally talented designer whose skills extend far beyond UX and UI. Her critical thinking and problem-solving abilities have been invaluable in advancing complex projects that were previously stalled. Lindsey consistently takes actionable steps to overcome obstacles, significantly impacting the projects we've collaborated on. Any team would greatly benefit from her expertise and dedication.

Lindsey is a brilliant designer, learning professional and teammate. In her time with Accenture's LXD team, she worked on multiple projects and partnered with many different learning folks. She quickly established herself with stakeholders and built trusting relationships. She worked on a variety of projects showcasing her UI/UX, design thinking, learning architecture, instructional design and facilitation abilities. Within the LXD team, she was a vocal, supportive teammate with lots of creative, innovative ideas and was always game to jump in and help. A few project highlights: Lindsey worked on playable learning games for our massive New Joiner Experience project and for our massive Functions teams. These games were well-designed, creative and impactful. Lindsey also worked on the redesign of an internal website and created a much more usable, intuitive structure. I cannot recommend Lindsey strongly enough. She will do great things, and I plan to work with her again ASAP.

Lindsey and I worked together on a number of initiatives. These included significant contributions to the reinvention of our onboarding program, revisions to internal websites and documentation, research into accessibility needs in VR, and heuristics reviews for VR learning experiences. Not a few of the things we've worked on together are rare and emerging areas, and Lindsey's work in them has been is characterized by diligence, focus, insight, creativity, and a wonderfully collaborative spirit. She's a truly multifaceted talent and a gift to her colleagues.
